Joyful Beginnings classes are taught by Ali Weatherford, a Birthing From Within™ trained mentor and also certified by the ICEA.
Pregnant people and their partners are welcome to attend the sessions.
You will gain clarity regarding the woman’s body, the position and motion of the baby, and the common and occasionally unusual stages of labor. You will gain knowledge about the physical aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and the initial postpartum weeks. Also, you will learn important information regarding your rights as a patient or client and birthing options. Having knowledge will allow you to make smart decisions regarding your delivery and can help reduce any worry or anxiety that may arise.
